11th International Conference on LCA of Food 2018

The International Life Cycle Assessment of Food (LCA Food) Conference is held every two years (https://www6.inra.fr/lcafoodconferencearchives/ ), and provides a forum for both practitioners and researchers to hear about the latest developments in this research field, present their research, and network together. This year’s conference was held on 18-20 October 2018 in Bangkok. Professor Sarah McLaren was the first keynote speaker for the conference, and talked about the past, present and future of LCA of food systems.
